The love story of the cruel beauty Turandot and Prince Calaf is played out with such genuine passion that sometimes you forget that these are puppets on stage. A huge Moon, Venetian bridges, the black surface of the water, gondolas, fans, bells, and puppets of course - are real works of art - all this fascinates, forcing the audience to forget about everything, except for what is happening on the stage.
